Bring your order info: Have your confirmation (name + order number) ready on your phone or printed.
Arrive on time: Aim for your chosen pickup slot. If we text that your order’s ready early, feel free to come sooner—but please arrive before closing.
Use a cart: Our team can provide you with a cart to carry your items to the car.

Flat surface is king: Place the box on a level spot—the trunk floor or passenger-side footwell. Avoid car seats; their tilt can send cakes sliding.
Clear the area: Remove loose items that could roll into or press against the box.
Climate control: On warm days, keep the A/C on to protect frosting and whipped-cream fillings.
Drive like cake is precious—because it is: Gentle turns, gradual stops, and no hard accelerations. Even well-structured cakes can shift if jolted.
