Monday statutory holidays — we’re closed

If a statutory holiday lands on a Monday, our ovens take a well-earned break and the storefronts stay dark. No pickups, no deliveries—just a day for our team to recharge with family (and maybe sample a slice or two themselves!).

Other holidays — shorter shifts or a pause

For celebrations like Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Diwali, and similar big days, we may open late, close early, or occasionally take the full day off. We balance demand with giving our crew time to celebrate, and we always try to honour pre-booked cake pickups whenever possible.
