Every pastry begins right here in our Mississauga kitchen, crafted from scratch by our own bakers—no outsourcing, no mystery ovens. From mixing the batter to the final glossy glaze, every step happens under one roof so we can keep flavours vibrant and textures perfectly flaky.
Freshness across both stores
We transport trays to our Brampton shop multiple times a day, ensuring the pastries you pick up—whether in Mississauga or Brampton—are as fresh as if baked onsite.
