Why we don’t send images

Decorating often wraps up just minutes before your scheduled time, and boxed cakes can sweat or shift if unsealed for photography. Skipping pre-pickup photos keeps your cake fresh, stable, and exactly as designed.

When you arrive, we’ll open the box, walk you through every detail, and make sure it matches your order specs.

Tweaks on the spot

Need a colour touch-up, extra inscription, or candle set? Small adjustments are usually no problem while you wait—just let our counter team know.

Total peace of mind

Our decorators follow your brief, then quality check each cake against the order sheet before it goes to the front. If anything looks off at pickup, we’ll fix it right away so you leave grinning.
