Can I make changes to my order after I’ve placed it?

Small tweaks? We’ve got you

Last-minute inscription fix, earlier pickup slot, or an extra half-dozen cupcakes? Give us a ring (fastest and recommended make to make changes)—or drop a note through our Contact Us page—and we’ll jump on it, as long as we haven’t started that step yet. The sooner you reach out, the easier it is for our decorators to sprinkle in your change without missing a beat.

Bigger pivots need notice

Switching the flavour, size, or design once the batter’s poured is trickier. Aim to tell us at least 48 - 72 hours before pickup for standard cakes, and a 2 - 3 week for intricate custom creations—after we begin baking or decorating, major edits may be off the table. But reach out anyway – we’ll always do our best to find a sweet solution. Our goal is your happiness.
