We don’t offer dedicated low-calorie or low-fat cakes or pastries right now. Our recipes are designed for classic taste and texture, relying on regular sugar, wheat flour, and fresh whipping cream.
Why “diet” versions aren’t on the shelf
Removing too much fat or sugar can leave egg-free sponges dense and dry, and whipped toppings can lose their silky finish. Rather than compromise quality, we stay true to indulgent, celebration-worthy formulas.
Lightening the load (a little)
On request we can apply a thinner coat of whipping cream to slightly reduce richness without affecting structure or food safety or you can opt for naked version of the cake.
Looking ahead
Our R & D team is testing natural sweeteners, fibre blends, and lighter creams. When a lower-calorie line meets our taste and allergy-safe standards, we’ll announce it online and in store.
