We don’t offer sugar-free cakes or pastries right now. Every recipe—from sponges to frostings—uses regular sugar for structure and flavour.


Why sugar matters

Sugar does more than sweeten; it helps cakes rise, stay moist, and develop a tender crumb. Our allergen-safe formulas rely on these properties to deliver the Rashmi’s texture guests expect.


Looking ahead

We’re researching reduced-sugar and alternative-sweetener options. If a low-sugar line becomes viable without compromising safety or taste, we’ll announce it on our website and social channels.
