What is your cancellation policy? Can I cancel my cake order and get a refund?
Everyday cakes: last-minute changes are tough
Because each cake is baked just for you (and we start prepping almost immediately), most standard orders become non-refundable once they’re confirmed. If you realise plans have changed, contact us right away—when we’re still 3–4 days out and haven’t begun mixing or decorating, we can usually reschedule or issue a store credit. Inside the final 24 hours, ingredients are already in motion, so refunds are not possible—but we’ll always listen and try to find the kindest solution.
Weddings & large events: more runway, more flexibility
For multi-tier showpieces and big event orders, we block off extra labour and supplies, so the policy shifts: cancel 14 days or more before the date and you’ll receive a full refund. Within that 14-day window, we’ve committed resources and can’t offer refunds, though we may be able to apply a credit at our discretion in emergencies. Double-check your details before paying; this policy lets us craft every cake with care while staying fair to both you and our baking team.
