What kind of frosting do you use on your cakes? Is it very sweet?

Our signature whipped-cream finish

Picture a cloud—only tastier. Our soy-based (contains dairy) whipped cream frosting is intentionally light on sugar and air-whipped for a pillowy texture, so you taste cake first, sweetness second. Unlike traditional buttercream, it won’t coat your palate with that heavy, greasy feel; instead, it melts cleanly, letting flavours like fresh fruit purée or chocolate ganache sing. Guests who usually scrape frosting aside often find themselves asking for an extra spoonful!


Vegan & custom requests

For our vegan beauties, we swap in an equally airy soy-based whip that’s 100 % dairy-free yet just as feather-light on sweetness. Buttercream appears only when a design demands sharper edges and a fondant covering—used sparingly to mask the outside so fondant can hug the cake—and even then we dial back the sugar for a gentler bite.
