Will I get a text or email when my delivery is on the way or has arrived?
Current notification system
At the moment we don’t send real-time texts or emails for deliveries. Please plan for your order to arrive within the agreed window (typically 12 – 7 PM unless you booked a special two-hour slot). Our courier will only call if there’s an issue.
How to get a status update
If you’d like an update on delivery day, just call the bakery and we’ll check with the driver for you. We’re working on adding automatic alerts in the future and appreciate your patience while we improve the system.
