What happens if I need to cancel my wedding or large-event order?
Cancellation timeline & refunds
We understand that even the most carefully planned celebrations can change course. If you cancel 14 days or more before your event date, we’ll issue a full refund of everything you’ve paid—no worries, no fees. Inside that two-week window, however, we’ve likely ordered special supplies, reserved decorating slots, or even started hand-crafting elements just for you, so we’re unable to offer a monetary refund.
Last-minute emergencies
Should an unforeseen situation pop up within those final days, please call us right away. If the cake hasn’t entered production, we’ll explore options such as a store credit for future festivities. If the cake is already baked and decorated, we can freeze it safely in-house and store it for you to enjoy later—or arrange the best possible solution on case by case basis. Our goal is to balance fairness with the real costs we’ve already absorbed while still caring for you in a stressful moment.

We bake memories as much as we bake cakes. When plans shift, we’ll do everything we can—within reason and resources—to keep those memories sweet.
