From the moment we unlock the doors until the last customer waves goodbye, our display stays bright and bountiful. We start each morning by stocking every shelf with fresh-baked cakes, pastries, puffs, and more, then keep the ovens humming and the trays rotating so favourites are replenished throughout the day. Whether you swing by on your lunch break, after school pickup, or ten minutes before close, there’s almost always a full rainbow of treats waiting to be boxed up for you.

Continuous restocking

We bake and refill trays in small batches throughout the day to keep flavours fresh and shelves full.

Evening realities

Late evenings can see a slimmer selection, especially on busy weekends. While we aim to keep every flavour in stock, crowd favourites sometimes sell out near closing.
