Can I return or exchange ready-to-go items if I am not satisfied?
Return policy
For safety and hygiene reasons, ready-to-go items can’t be returned or exchanged once they leave the bakery. Opened food can’t re-enter our kitchen without risking cross-contamination, so all outgoing products must be one-way only.
If something’s not right
If your purchase isn’t up to our usual Rashmi’s standard—wrong flavour, off texture, or accidental damage—please contact us the same day with your receipt or order number (a photo helps, too). We’ll investigate right away and, when appropriate, arrange a solution that leaves you smiling. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, so while we can’t take the food back, we will address any concerns to ensure you’re happy in the end.
