Absolutely! We regularly liaise with wedding planners, event coordinators, and venue staff to lock in delivery timing, cake-table layout, and any special handling instructions. Share your planner or venue contact, and we’ll take the lead so you can focus on celebrating.

What we need from you

Just provide the contact’s name, phone, and email, along with any venue guidelines (loading docks, setup windows, table specs). We’ll confirm logistics—including the agreed slot from our Delivery & Pickup page—and ensure your cake and desserts arrive and shine exactly as envisioned.
