Step 1 – Browse & dream

Begin in our online gallery to spark inspiration. Jot down colours, shapes, and flourishes you love—or bring along Pinterest boards and palette swatches.

Step 2 – Request a quote

Submit a Custom Cake Quote form or email us the basics: event date, guest count, flavours, delivery or pickup preference (see fees on our Delivery & Pickup page), and any reference photos.

Step 3 – Book an appointment (optional)

Prefer to taste flavours or chat designs face-to-face? Schedule a 30-minute appointment at either bakery. We’ll sample sponges and fillings, review your ideas, and pin down the perfect look.

Step 4 – Design consultation

Whether in person or by email/phone, our cake artists discuss every detail, price it out, and suggest tweaks until the plan feels “just right.”

Step 5 – Confirm & pay

When size, style, and budget are set, we issue an invoice. Full payment locks your date in our calendar and green-lights sourcing décor and reserving oven time.

Step 6 – Pickup or delivery on the big day
